Tim D. Shadburn

TIM D. SHADBURN

CEO

Tim D. Shadburn, Chief Executive Officer, founded Adtech in 1999 and negotiated a successful merger with GESI in 2004 to create Adtech.  A privately-held, profitable organization from the start, the company has grown to approximately $50 million in revenue in a ten year period.  With over 18 years of corporate management and business-to-business experience, Mr. Shadburn has direct profit and loss responsibility along with all aspects of the organization’s policies, objectives and initiatives.   During this tenure, he led the company’s expansion around the globe in London, Hong Kong, Munich, Sydney, and Toronto. Prior to Adtech, Mr. Shadburn held executive management positions with General Electric in business units including Power Systems, Transportation Systems, GE Corporate and GE Capital.  While at GE, Mr. Shadburn graduated from GE’s prestigious management program.  A graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, he earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1993 with honors.

Ric Gray

RIC GRAY

President, Americas

Ric Gray has more than 25 years of operations, sales, and marketing executive leadership experience building world class teams in the high-tech arena. An accomplished leader, his vision and expertise have driven notable growth in sales and profits in the telecom, computer, and software business sectors. Mr. Gray has worked extensively in the technology and telecom sectors for Hewlett-Packard and Acterna, serving as the President of Acterna Canada as well as the Sr. Director of Emerging Accounts for North America. Mr. Gray has also served in various executive roles for several start-ups, including COO for Emergency Visions, providing software and consulting services to emergency response and disaster relief organizations. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Wireless Trade Association and the Board of Directors for TKE of Georgia, Inc. In addition, he volunteers his time to assist several non-profits including the Canadian and American Cancer Societies and Future Leaders in I.T. Mr. Gray holds a Bachelors of Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Sean Huggett

SEAN HUGGETT

President, EMEA & Asia

Sean Huggett joined Adtech as President and Managing Director in September 2010, where he has responsibility for Steelbox Solutions’ businesses outside of the US. Prior to Steelbox Mr. Huggett was Operations Director at Telindus UK, a network integrator and managed services provider and part of the Belgacom Group of companies. At Telindus, Mr. Huggett was responsible for all operational services including customer support, 24x7x365 network operations, engineering, service management, project management, service design and logistics. Before this Mr. Huggett was General Manager of Telindus Surveillance Solutions Limited, a provider of networked video solutions selling into international markets, where he led a restructuring exercise and divested the business in early 2010. Before joining Telindus, Mr. Huggett worked for 8 years as Commercial Director of Exosect, a life sciences clean technology business which he co-founded. At Exosect Mr.Huggett was responsible for all commercial matters, technology licensing and research and development. Sean originally qualified as a barrister and worked in-house in legal roles before moving into business.

Mark Blount

MARK BLOUNT

Vice President of Marketing

Mark Blount has over 25 years of marketing and sales management experience with Fortune 100 corporations as well as start-up/medium-sized companies in the technology and software sectors. Mr. Blount began his career with AT&T in 1983 and later held marketing/sales leadership positions at BellSouth, ExecuTrain, Alogent, Home Wireless Networks, Emergency Visions, Brightree, and mBLAST. Mr. Blount has significant brand marketing, direct marketing, and demand generation experience and has developed comprehensive programs for marketing metrics, market segmentation, and extending product life-cycles. Mr. Blount has managed and supported sales/marketing channels across the globe, directed a national group of telemarketing centers, and developed partnerships with key channel partners and OEM manufacturers worldwide. Mr. Blount received an undergraduate degree from The University of Georgia, and he earned an MBA in Marketing from Mercer University with national academic honors. He served as Vice President of The Technology Marketing Association of Georgia 1999-2005; and is Executive Director of The Herring Foundation of Hope, a non-profit organization which assists hundreds of cancer patients annually across the USA.

Joel F. Richardson

JOEL F. RICHARDSON

Vice President of Customer Services, Americas

Joel Richardson brings a wide breadth of experience and knowledge to the Adtech team including experience in the Financial, Manufacturing, Logistics, Government, and Software industries.  His experience and talents have brought opportunities for multiple executive positions in small startup companies as well as hyper growth, well-established companies.  Mr. Richardson brings a 360 degree view to the customer experience having served in Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Services throughout his career.  While at Witness Systems, Mr. Richardson served as Director of Customer Care and was instrumental in bringing two fold growth increases to the company.   Mr. Richardson implemented world class service and consulting strategies at Wren Solutions, Recordant and SalesLinx Solutions and most recently led the Unmanned Systems Division of Applied Systems Intelligence to bring innovative and life-saving software products to market for the US Military.  Prior to that, Mr. Richardson held key roles as VP of Marketing, VP of Business Development, and VP of Client Services at various SMB companies related to software, services, and security. Mr. Richardson has served on the Board for the Atlanta Management Society and holds a Bachelors of Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University.  He now makes his home in Atlanta with his wife and three children.

David Ash

DAVID ASH

Vice President of Sales, Americas

With over 25 years of sales and business development experience, David Ash brings his leadership skills to Adtech to guide and grow the internal and external sales teams. Mr. Ash began his sales career in radio with WPAR in Parkersburg, WV and moved quickly into a variety of sales leadership roles in public and private organizations including The Hartford, Dexel Systems, MSI Solutions, Eclipsys Corporation, and Wolters Kluwer Health. Sales teams led by Mr. Ash have sold web-based applications, clinical decision support solutions, database management tools, and financial based applications in and out of the healthcare marketplace. Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, he once owned and operated a popular sports-themed restaurant in Roswell, GA. Mr. Ash believes a winning sales culture is based on a passion for excellence and personal accountability and seeks to instill those values in the salespeople he directs. Now residing in Atlanta, Mr. Ash holds a B.A. in Political Science from The Ohio State University.

Joy Duncan

JOY DUNCAN

Director of Operations

Joy Duncan has proven success developing, expanding and managing operations from the ground up. With an in-depth knowledge and experience in finance, operations, and strategic alliances, Ms. Duncan manages Adtech's production and operations teams, providing organizational strategy combined with innovative leadership. Ms. Duncan has over 20 years of results-driven initiatives and business development while serving as Senior Vice President of Administration and Finance for the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, President/CEO for the Council on Alcohol and Drugs, and President of Sight and Sound.

Rick Rozalsky

RICK ROZALSKY

Vice President of Global Business Development

Rick Rozalsky brings over 35 years of experience in providing services and support programs to large OEM and embedded customers and  has extensive background in industrial engineering, sales and marketing.  Co-founder of Global Embedded Solutions (GESI), that merged with Adtech Solutions in late 2004, Mr. Rozalsky past professional experience includes work as Sales and Contracts Manager for MC Assembly and Test, as Technical Supervisor for ITT Defense, as Sales Manager for DTX, Inc, as Systems Sales Manager for American Megatrends, and as Director of Sales for Gain Systems.

Nik Moissiadis

NIK MOISSIADIS

Vice President of Engineering/Quality

Nik Moissiadis is a co-founder of Global Embedded Solutions (GESI), a successful business that he and his partners merged with Adtech Solutions in late 2004.  Prior to starting GESI, Mr. Moissiadis led Engineering, Quality and Program Management teams and initiatives for Mass Memory Systems, DTx and Gain Systems.  In his 12 years with Adtech, Mr. Moissiadis has managed the company’s Engineering and Quality organizations, as well as Operations including Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Client Care and Professional Services.  Between 2009 and 2011, Mr. Moissiadis led the acquisitions of key technology from Steelbox Networks and Telindus Surveillance Solutions as well as the management of Adtech’s Steelbox division, focusing on software development, sales and marketing of the company’s line of products into the global physical security and surveillance sector.  Mr. Moissiadis studied Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Central Florida.  Mr. Moissiadis is the proud father of two teenage children.

Michael Douglas

MICHAEL DOUGLAS

Director of Finance

With over 20 years in accounting and finance experience in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, media and advertising, IT equipment and software, Michael Douglas has been the Director of Finance at Adtech for over 7 years.  Mr. Douglas received his CPA in 1995 after receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.  Mr. Douglas enjoys playing bass in Genesis Praise Band at Cannon United Methodist Church and is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma societies.

Matt Pearson

MATT PEARSON

Director of Information Systems

William M. Pearson, Director of Information Systems has been with Adtech since 2008.  Mr. Pearson is primarily responsible for business automation, facilities and information technology.  He offers over 15 years of experience in the areas of design, installation, configuration and management of the IS infrastructure.  Currently Mr. Pearson holds several certifications which include the following Microsoft certificates; MCP, MCSA and MCSE. With extensive experience in project management and implementation of ERP & CRM systems such as Exact Macola, Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM he holds strong passions for knowledge of business process and consistently looks for methods of automation. In addition, Mr. Pearson has personally designed, and implemented Microsoft SharePoint web portal technologies for document storage, team collaboration, user personalization and business automation and has designed powerful, in-depth business reporting capabilities with SQL Analysis Server cubes and SQL Reporting services.
