Tim D. Shadburn



Tim D. Shadburn, Chief Executive Officer, founded Adtech in 1999 and negotiated a successful merger with GESI in 2004 to create Adtech Global.  A privately-held, profitable organization from the start, the company has grown to approximately $50 million in revenue in a ten year period.  With over 18 years of corporate management and business-to-business experience, Mr. Shadburn has direct profit and loss responsibility along with all aspects of the organization’s policies, objectives and initiatives.   During this tenure, he led the company’s expansion around the globe in London, Hong Kong, Munich, Sydney, and Toronto. Prior to Adtech Global, Mr. Shadburn held executive management positions with General Electric in business units including Power Systems, Transportation Systems, GE Corporate and GE Capital.  While at GE, Mr. Shadburn graduated from GE’s prestigious management program.  A graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, he earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1993 with honors.

Ric Gray



Ric Gray has more than 25 years of operations, sales, and marketing executive leadership experience building world class teams in the high-tech arena. An accomplished leader, his vision and expertise have driven notable growth in sales and profits in the telecom, computer, and software business sectors. Mr. Gray has worked extensively in the technology and telecom sectors for Hewlett-Packard and Acterna, serving as the President of Acterna Canada as well as the Sr. Director of Emerging Accounts for North America. Mr. Gray has also served in various executive roles for several start-ups, including COO for Emergency Visions, providing software and consulting services to emergency response and disaster relief organizations. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Wireless Trade Association and currently serves on the Board for TKE of Georgia, Inc., Swapsidy Inc., Service Alert Inc., and TAG Education Collaborative. In addition, he volunteers his time to assist several non-profits including the Canadian and American Cancer Societies, Cap Venture Mentor Program, and the Georgia Tech Mentor Program. Mr. Gray holds a Bachelors of Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mark Blount


Vice President, Marketing

Mark Blount has over 25 years of marketing and sales management experience with Fortune 100 corporations as well as start-up/medium-sized companies in the technology and software sectors. Mr. Blount began his career with AT&T in 1983 and later held marketing/sales leadership positions at BellSouth, ExecuTrain, Alogent, Home Wireless Networks, Emergency Visions, Brightree, and mBLAST. Mr. Blount has significant brand marketing, direct marketing, and demand generation experience and has developed comprehensive programs for marketing metrics, market segmentation, and extending product life-cycles. Mr. Blount has managed and supported sales/marketing channels across the globe, directed a national group of telemarketing centers, and developed partnerships with key channel partners and OEM manufacturers worldwide. Mr. Blount received an undergraduate degree from The University of Georgia, and he earned an MBA in Marketing from Mercer University with national academic honors. He served as Vice President of The Technology Marketing Association of Georgia 1999-2005; and is Executive Director of The Herring Foundation of Hope, a non-profit organization which assists hundreds of cancer patients annually across the USA.

Tiffany Etter


Vice President, Channel Sales

As Vice President of Channel Sales, Tiffany Etter is responsible for leading all channel and partner development, sales and communication efforts, effectively managing over 50 strategic, global partners. With more than eight years of sales and management experience in the contact center space, today Tiffany focuses on strengthening relationships with key stake holders by developing a program that fits each partner’s needs. Tiffany has an expert ability to help channels leverage Adtech Global’s product knowledge and expertise, ensuring customer satisfaction and partner success. Prior to Adtech Global, Tiffany worked at GE Capital IT solutions and Suntory Water where she spent more than 15 years in various sales roles. An Atlanta native, Tiffany attended the Art Institute of Atlanta and resides in Johns Creek, Georgia with her two daughters.

Joel F. Richardson


Vice President, Services and Support

Joel Richardson brings a wide breadth of experience and knowledge to the team including experience in the Financial, Manufacturing, Logistics, Government, and Software industries.  His experience and talents have brought opportunities for multiple executive positions in small startup companies as well as hyper growth, well-established companies.  Mr. Richardson brings a 360 degree view to the customer experience having served in Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Services throughout his career.  While at Witness Systems, Mr. Richardson served as Director of Customer Care and was instrumental in bringing two fold growth increases to the company.   Mr. Richardson implemented world class service and consulting strategies at Wren Solutions, Recordant and SalesLinx Solutions and most recently led the Unmanned Systems Division of Applied Systems Intelligence to bring innovative and life-saving software products to market for the US Military.  Prior to that, Mr. Richardson held key roles as VP of Marketing, VP of Business Development, and VP of Client Services at various SMB companies related to software, services, and security. Mr. Richardson has served on the Board for the Atlanta Management Society and holds a Bachelors of Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University.  He now makes his home in Atlanta with his wife and three children.

David Ash


Vice President, Sales - Americas

With over 25 years of sales and business development experience, David Ash brings his leadership skills to Adtech Global to guide and grow the internal and external sales teams. Mr. Ash began his sales career in radio with WPAR in Parkersburg, WV and moved quickly into a variety of sales leadership roles in public and private organizations including The Hartford, Dexel Systems, MSI Solutions, Eclipsys Corporation, and Wolters Kluwer Health. Sales teams led by Mr. Ash have sold web-based applications, clinical decision support solutions, database management tools, and financial based applications in and out of the healthcare marketplace. Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, he once owned and operated a popular sports-themed restaurant in Roswell, GA. Mr. Ash believes a winning sales culture is based on a passion for excellence and personal accountability and seeks to instill those values in the salespeople he directs. Now residing in Atlanta, Mr. Ash holds a B.A. in Political Science from The Ohio State University.

Paul Knott

Paul Knott

Global WFO Practice Lead

Paul Knott has nearly 30 years' experience in the Communications market, 25+ of which have been deploying Call Recording, Quality Monitoring and Workforce Management Solutions around the world. In previous roles, Paul has served as a Professional Services Manager, Implementations Manager and General Operations Manager. Paul is a thought leader in the WFO arena and has significant experience working with senior executives or operational staff to manage the implementation of complex WFO solutions worldwide. Paul is adept in understanding complex contact center environments, directing his team to develop comprehensive solutions and delivering these solutions effectively so that all parties either technical or operational can understand and embrace them. Currently, Paul is the Head of the WFO Practice for Adtech Global, ensuring that our WFO solutions are deployed correctly and meet Adtech Global’s world-class standards. Paul is based in Adtech Global's UK office.

Vicki Werner



Vicki Werner is a resourceful and dedicated financial operations leader with more than 15 years of management experience. She has a proven track record of providing solid executive level leadership with an extensive record of being proficient in all areas of budgeting, accounting, cash management and analysis. She is a visionary with the ability to conceptualize and implement the goals of any organization and is a loyal and dedicated employee with more than 13 years of service at Adtech Global. Vicki has a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Kennesaw State University and is currently in pursuit of her Master’s in Business Administration as well as seeking her CMA. Vicki has lived all over the world while her father served in the Air Force but she has lived in Georgia for the last 20 years and considers it to be her home. Vicki is married and resides in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Jeremy Powell


Vice President, Information Systems

An infrastructure veteran whose initial career was launched in the pioneering days of the dotcom bubble, Jeremy Powell has held roles in organizations across many market segments over the last 15 years that have included The Compass Group North America, Lectra Systems, and Archway Marketing Services. At Archway, Jeremy spearheaded the consolidation of multiple datacenters across the US and Canada leveraging virtualization, unified computing, and cloud based infrastructure components to achieve drastic reduction in IT operations overhead. Passionate about technology, his latest efforts have been focused on the consumerization of enterprise platforms and how that technology is radically shaping how we interact with each other. Jeremy holds a Bachelors in Business Administration, Information Systems from GC&SU and an Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University. While not standing in front of a computer or similar device, Jeremy is obsessed with mountain biking and competing in triathlons. Jeremy lives in north Georgia with his wife and three daughters.

Jeff Hanson


VP, Engineered Computing

Jeff Hanson comes to Adtech Global with more than 23 years of experience in the computer industry. Entering the technology sector at American Megatrends, Inc., Jeff spent 7 years with AMI, where he was promoted to SE Regional Sales Representative and eventually National Sales Manager of the hardware division. Both promotions were earned by his successful sales performance of motherboards and RAID controllers to systems integrators coast to coast. Since his departure from AMI, Jeff has been selling application specific computers in numerous vertical markets and has become an expert in this area. In 2001, Jeff joined Adtech Global as an Account Executive where he has driven the majority of sales initiatives for the Engineered Computing group. Working his way to Director of Business Development and then on to his current position of Vice President of Engineered Computing, Jeff now oversees all projects and programs within the Engineered Computing department.

Dawn Stewart


Director, Human Resources

Dawn Stewart comes to Adtech Global with more than 15 years of Human Resources experience in the technology, retail, and manufacturing arena. Her specialties include but are not limited to, succession planning and talent management, employee engagement, coaching and development, performance management, employee relations and recruitment. Along with her PHR Certification (Professional in Human Resources), Dawn is a member of SHRM and is active in her community professionally and personally. She has designed and implemented HR departments in technology and medical companies, and has been responsible for supporting a region of more than 3,000 employees as well as managing HR functions for small to mid-sized companies. Dawn graduated from Gordon State College. She was born and raised in Georgia, relocated to Richmond, Virginia in 2002 and then happily returned back to Alpharetta, Georgia in December 2013, where she resides today.
