In 1999, two companies were founded -- Adtech Solutions, LLC and Global Embedded Systems, Inc.  After developing a longstanding business relationship, the two companies decided to expand their capabilities by merging. The alliance combined the engineering and manufacturing excellence of GESI with the world class client services, support, help desk, and industry solutions of Adtech – resulting in the establishment of Adtech Global Solutions.

Adtech is dedicated to remaining flexible and opportunistic.  As Adtech grew, it became evident that creating separate divisions would allow the company to expand in specific markets while leveraging its core competency of computer technology services.

A corporate division was developed to serve as the parent company that maintains the overall Adtech family and support, while allowing room for individual growth and promotion of the separate divisions: Adtech Services, Adtech Solutions, Adtech Network Media, and Adtech International.

Throughout its history, Adtech has deployed tens of thousands of total solution services to corporations across the world -- including several in the Fortune 100 -- in a variety of industries including computer telephony, medical, network security, broadcast and military/government-based industries.

With offices in Atlanta, Hong Kong, London, Munich and Sydney, Adtech has established itself as an industry leader with more than 1,500 customers in more than 20 countries, and is well position for significant growth in the years to come.
